About Us

This circa-1928 Spanish Colonial-style home was built as a private residence and is situated four short blocks from historic downtown Calistoga. In 1984, it opened its doors for the first time as a Bed and Breakfast so that guests can enjoy the beautiful landscape and authentic architecture. It should be noted that the Inn has the potential to be accepted as a California historical landmark or point of historical interest.

Through the years, the home has always maintained a gracious style of living and we wish to extend that warm hospitality to you.

Bob Lewin, the owner, is the founder of an international consultancy organization, travels extensively, but maintains a hands-on approach to the operation of the Inn by filling in as Innkeeper when possible.

The on-site Innkeeper will set up tours, dining, and spa reservations, as well as provide guidance and suggestions for your trip to the Napa Valley. With advanced notice and guest interest, we will invite one of the world-class wineries to conduct a private wine tasting at the Inn.

The Calistoga Wayside Inn is also available for small business meetings and is a wonderful place for up to three couples to come and experience a home away from home.

We hope you will come and enjoy this wonderful piece of Napa Valley with us. We will do all we can to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Welcome to the Calistoga Wayside Inn.
